An expert committee comprising senior professional from Academia and Corporate comprise the jury board and supervise the complete process.

1. Expert committee will identify top 50 nominations from MTC Global fraternity. Minimum 20 nominations are required to validate the whole process. However, nomination is welcome from outside. Provision for self nomination is also available online subject to scrutiny by expert committee. MTC Global TOP 10 THINKERS primarily fall in the domain of MANAGEMENT THINKERS.
2. Once nominees are identified then their details will be uploaded in ´ Vote Now ´ section.
3. Now voting will start. One person can give vote to more than one member.
4. There is no ranking and it is only the name of MTC Global TOP 10 THINKERS.
5. Once voting is closed then on a suitable date the result will be announced.
6. MTC Global TOP 10 THINKERS will be felicitated in a grand gala ceremony.
7. Contest will be held every year.
